Social events:
During registration, there will be also an option to register for our optional New-Orleans-style BBQ ($65 e.a., including transportation from the conference venue, meal and beverages) which will be held July 13, and the optional excursions which will be held on July 12 ($65 e.a. for the Airboat Adventures Swamp Tour, or $15 e.a. for the French Quarter Walking Tour). Accommodation:
The conference will be held at the Monteleone Hotel. We have 50 rooms reserved for the conference at a discount rate. As the financial success of the conference is intimately tied to the number of hotel rooms books, we strongly encourage attendees to use the hotel for their accommodation. Cancellation Policy:
Conference cancellations and ticketed event cancellations are accepted in writing by May 31st, 2022. A $50 cancellation fee will applied. No refunds will be given after May 31st, 2022.
Step 1: Download and prepare your abstract
An abstract must be submitted during registration (for all oral and poster presentations, and if you want to be considered for a flash talk). Only 1 poster per attendee is allowed. The template for the abstract can be downloaded below. Make sure your abstract is prepared and saved as a pdf for the registration process itself. You will only be able to submit the abstract during registration.
