Hours
The Psychology Clinic for Children and Adolescents does not provide emergency services, and it does not have 24-hour office or phone coverage. If you are in need of emergency services, please dial 911.
Clinic appointments may be scheduled Monday-Thursday 9am-6pm and Friday 9am-5pm.
Clinic voicemail is checked at least once every 48 hours, though often more frequently. The Clinic Coordinator or the Therapist/Associate will return your call promptly.
The Clinic follows the same schedule as Tulane University. If the University is closed, the Clinic is also closed. In 2024-2025, the Clinic is closed on the following days:
- Independence Day: Thursday, July 4, 2024
- Labor Day: Monday, September 2, 2024
- Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 28, 2024
- Friday after Thanksgiving: Friday, November 29, 2024
- Winter Recess: Monday, December 23, 2024 to Wednesday, January 1, 2025
- Martin Luther King Day: Monday, January 20, 2025
- Lundi Gras: Monday, March 3, 2025
- Mardi Gras Day: Tuesday, March 4, 2025
- Memorial Day: Monday, May 26, 2025
- Juneteenth: Thursday, June 19, 2025

The Clinic is located on the 13th floor of the Tidewater Building in Downtown New Orleans.
