The Psychology Clinic for Children and Adolescents does not provide emergency services, and it does not have 24-hour office or phone coverage. If you are in need of emergency services, please dial 911.
Clinic appointments may be scheduled Monday-Thursday 9am-7pm and Friday 9am-5pm.
Clinic voicemail is checked at least once every 48 hours, though often more frequently. The Clinic Coordinator or the Therapist/Associate will return your call promptly.
The Clinic follows the same schedule as Tulane University. If the University is closed, the Clinic is also closed. In 2025-2026, the Clinic is closed on the following days:
- Independence Day: Friday, July 4, 2025
- Labor Day: Monday, September 1, 2025
- Thanksgiving: Thursday, November 27, 2025
- Friday after Thanksgiving: Friday, November 28, 2025
- Winter Recess: Wednesday, December 24, 2025 through Friday, January 2, 2026
- Martin Luther King Day: Monday, January 19, 2026
- Lundi Gras: Monday, February 16, 2026
- Mardi Gras Day: Tuesday, February 17, 2026
- Memorial Day: Monday, May 25, 2026
- Juneteenth: Friday, June 19, 2026

The Clinic is located on the 13th floor of the Tidewater Building in Downtown New Orleans.

Parking
Clients may use validated parking for the Saratoga or LaSalle Garages. Validated parking slips are available in the Clinic and can be obtained from your Clinic Associate/Therapist. Guests parking in the Saratoga or Lasalle Garages can pull a ticket upon entry to the garage and pay upon exit with the validation or with cash or credit card. The Saratoga Garage is located at the 100 block of S. Saratoga, accessible from Cleveland Ave. The Lasalle Garage is located at the 200 block of Lasalle, across from the Tulane Hospital Emergency Room. If preferred, street, ground lot, and parking garage parking is ample in the area surrounding the Clinic.
