Tulane Micro/Nanofabrication Facility Grand Opening
Tulane University will celebrate the grand opening of its new Micro/Nanofabrication Facility on Monday, November 16, bringing together university leaders, researchers, students, public partners, and members of the regional research community to explore the science and innovation the facility makes possible.
Located in Steven & Jann Paul Hall for Science and Engineering, the new facility provides highly controlled cleanroom environments and advanced instrumentation for fabricating, processing, imaging, and studying materials and devices at extraordinarily small scales.
The celebration will begin with a formal program in the Paul Hall Auditorium, followed by a reception and research showcase in the adjacent lobby. Guests will meet Tulane researchers and students, explore examples of work supported by the facility, and look directly into the new cleanroom through the lobby's viewing windows.
