Biography
Dr. Kwaske is an industrial/organizational psychologist with over twenty years of experience spanning higher education and business consulting. She has a strong record of leading high-performing teams to develop and launch innovative, high-quality academic programs, and of guiding organizations through complex change. As a leader, advisor, and coach to others, Dr. Kwaske seeks to affect positive change. She applies psychological principles across a range of contexts, helping individuals, teams, and organizations unlock their full potential. As a consultant to private and public sector organizations, she has conducted psychological assessments for executive searches and employee selection, provided leadership coaching and development, and partnered with leaders to navigate organizational change.
