Association for Women in Mathematics (AWM)
The Tulane Chapter of the Association for Women in Mathematics aims to encourage women and girls to study and have active careers in the mathematical sciences.
About Our Chapter
Our chapter promotes equal opportunity and the equal treatment of women and girls in the mathematical sciences. We host networking events, panels on graduate school and industry careers, and social events designed to build a supportive community for all math students at Tulane. We regularly co-host the AMS/AWM Series of Faculty Talks. Membership is open to all students, regardless of gender.
