Undergraduate Research Poster Session
The SSE Research Poster Session is a showcase of innovation and discovery, giving students a professional platform to present their work, exchange ideas, and connect with faculty and peers. Participants gain valuable experience communicating research to a broad audience while contributing to our culture of curiosity and creativity. Undergraduate and graduate students from all years and research backgrounds are encouraged to apply, whether sharing early-stage ideas, ongoing projects, or completed work.
Requirements
Open to undergraduate and graduate students in the School of Science & Engineering:
Submit a 200 – 300 word abstract with your application
Poster size: 36” x 48”
Key Sections For Poster: title, intro, methods, results, conclusion, acknowledgments
Be prepared to stand by your poster, give a 2–3 minute overview, and answer questions during your session
