Renata Durães Ribeiro

Renata Durães Ribeiro is a Senior Professor of Practice in EEB. She holds a B.S. in Biology and a M.S. in Ecology and Conservation Biology from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais in Brazil, and a Ph.D. in Ecology, Evolution and Systematics from University of Missouri-St. Louis. Dr. Ribeiro field of research includes ecology, behavior, conservation and evolution of birds, fishes, insects and other organisms, mostly in the Neotropics. She teaches courses both at the undergraduate and graduate level and assists with student research experiences at FCAT (Fundación para la Conservación de los Andes Tropicales) in Ecuador.
