We have some policies regarding group registration:
- Groups can bring no more than 20 students**
- In order to secure your spots, you must reserve your spots by October 12, 2018.
- Payment to confirm attendance is due no later than October 19, 2018. There are NO REFUNDS.
- Groups MUST use registration spreadsheet provided through email. This spreadsheet is also due on October 19, 2018 and NO CHANGES can be made after this date.
- Signed forms for each girl must be provided on the morning of November 3, 2018. If we do not have forms for a student, that student MAY NOT participate in GiST.
Please understand that we are trying to make the registration process easier for everyone. We believe that these policies regarding groups will benefit everyone and enable us to maximize the number of students that we reach with GiST.
**One way to limit number of students to 20. The coordinator for one school group that has participated in GiST many times asks her science teachers to select girls from their classes that would benefit from attending the workshop. They are usually their top performing students. They also like to select different students for each GiST event.
