Tenure-Track Assistant Professor in Chemistry Related to Sustainability Challenges

Qualifications
Candidates with proposed research in inorganic/organometallic catalysis pertinent to renewable energy and in the development of materials that more efficiently store, transfer and use energy are particularly encouraged. We are seeking candidates with outstanding research credentials who will complement existing research strengths and demonstrate a commitment to teaching excellence. Competitive startup funds will be provided.

Professor in Bio-organic Chemistry at Senior Level
Applications are invited for a faculty track position at associate or full professor level in bio-organic chemistry with a focus on drug discovery.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with outstanding credentials and demonstrated leadership skills. The ideal candidate is expected to take advantage of the close proximity of the Department of Chemistry to the Medical School and the Primate Center of Tulane. Postdoctoral Fellow
A postdoctoral research scientist is sought for projects into small molecule activation in the McSkimming lab. A successful applicant will have outstanding skills in both synthetic organic and inorganic chemistry and the associated characterization techniques. Expertise in glovebox and Schlenk techniques is required. Experience in performing and interpreting ab initio quantum mechanical calculations is desirable. Proficiency in speaking and in listening comprehension of English is essential for consideration.
The position will be met with compensation that is commensurate to experience. Health insurance benefits are included. The position is a one-year appointment that may be renewed subject to mutual agreement. The position is available immediately and will remain open until a suitable candidate is identified.
