Approved Electives

In addition to the 7 Chemistry, 2 Physics, and 4 Math courses currently specified in the degree audit for the Chemistry Major, 3 three-credit courses above the 100 level are required to complete the major.

  • Math 2170, 3050, 3090, 3310, 4060, 4210, 4300, 4410, 6030, 6350, 6370
     
  • Physics 2350, 2360, 3010, 3740, 4650, 6010, 6020, 6080, 6210

NOTE

A student must take one of these combinations as part of the 7 specified chemistry courses, but may take one or both of the others as electives.

A STUDENT MAY PETITION TO HAVE A COURSE NOT ON THIS LIST CONSIDERED.
