Kerrigan McGreevy, a high school senior from Florida, right, builds a robot during a course titled, The Aftermath of Mardi Gras: Using LEGO Robots to Clean Up the Beads. Part of the Tulane Summer Enrichment Institute, the course challenged students to build robots and design code. They then visited The ARC of Greater New Orleans, a local nonprofit that recycles Mardi Gras beads, to demonstrate their designs.
