Mr. Burks serves as President of RYCARS Construction, LLC which has offices in Kenner, LA and Atlanta, GA. He is a highly motivated and versatile construction professional with over 25 years of successful, progressive experience and technical expertise in all phases of project management and construction. He is a hands-on, proactive leader recognized for abilities in design review, construction estimating and construction management. Mr. Burks assumes personal accountability, and pride, in his firm’s performance and customers’ satisfaction. He serves as the key driver of the company’s strategic direction. He oversees the day-to-day operations as well as leads the development and execution of the company’s business development plan. Since its inception, Mr. Burks has led RYCARS Construction, LLC in completing over $100 million in commercial roofing and construction projects for over 75 different customers, in multiple types of facilities such as healthcare, multi-family, institutional, hotel, water treatment facilities and military bases. RYCARS has performed successfully on projects in ten (10) states: Alabama, Georgia, Florida, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Texas, Arkansas, Tennessee and Virginia. They have completed high profile projects such as Mercedes Benz Superdome and Johnson Space Center in Houston, Texas.
Mr. Burks has earned his masters degree and bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from Tulane University.
Ryan is married to Stephanie McLendon Burks with whom he has three children, Arielle, Ryan II and Caleb.
