Teri MarconiAs Vice President and General Manager, Navigation & Maritime Systems Division, Ms. Marconi is responsible for all N&MSD programs and division site operations. N&MSD employees are located throughout the United States and in more than 10 countries worldwide. N&MSD’s major business units are located in Sunnyvale and Woodland Hills, Calif.; Charlottesville, Va.; Annapolis, Baltimore and Sykesville, Md.; and New Malden, U.K., Pomezia , Italy and Freiburg, GE.

Most recently, Ms. Marconi held the position of Sector Vice President of Business Development with executive responsibility for the strategic planning and development of new business opportunities throughout Electronics Systems. This included executive sponsorship and direction of the Sector’s strategic campaigns as well as Sector Priority Wins. Additionally, Ms. Marconi had responsibility for the Sector’s export policy actions, offset strategy and Capture Leadership Center.

Ms. Marconi has held a number of positions in Program Management, Subcontract Management, Marketing and Business Development for Northrop Grumman.

Additionally, Ms. Marconi held the position of Vice President, Combat Avionics Systems, and had executive responsibility for all programs and activities within Combat Avionics Systems which included product development and production for tactical and fire control radars on F-22, F-35, B1-B, C-130J and other classified platforms, and the Distributed Aperture IR System (DAS) for the F-35.

Ms. Marconi held the position of Director, Airborne Warning Systems, and was responsible for all program operations in the development, production and support of radar applications for E-3 and E-767 AWACS programs.

She earlier served as Manager, Marketing and Business Development for Airborne Surveillance Systems, where her responsibilities included the development of strategy for the pursuit of all Airborne Surveillance programs including E-3 AWACS, 737 AEW&C, E-8 JSTARS, E-2C Hawkeye and P-8 programs.

Ms. Marconi received a bachelor’s degree from Tulane University and has completed a variety of executive-level development programs.
