We have some policies regarding group registration:
- Groups can bring no more than 20 students**
- In order to secure your spots, you must reserve your spots by September 12, 2018.
- Payment to confirm attendance is due no later than September 19, 2018. There are NO REFUNDS.
- Groups MUST use registration spreadsheet provided through email. This spreadsheet is also due on September 19, 2018 and NO CHANGES can be made after this date.
- Signed forms for each student must be provided on the morning of September 29, 2018. If we do not have forms for a student, that student MAY NOT participate in BATS.
Please understand that we are trying to make the registration process easy for everyone. We believe that these policies regarding groups will benefit everyone and enable us to maximize the number of students that we reach with BATS.
**One way to limit number of students to 20. The coordinator for one school group that has participated in our girls program many times asks her science teachers to select students from their classes that would benefit from attending the workshop. They are usually their top performing students. They also like to select different students for each BATS event.
